PROCEDURE
Please type the information into the fields on the order form. Also please include any special requests in the Comments box. When you finish filling out the order form, submit it and I will receive it via E-mail. I contact ALL customers upon receipt of your order to confirm the items availability and give you an anticipated shipping date. Please be sure to fill out the order blank completely so I can E-mail or phone you. If you prefer, you can print out the order form and send it US mail. If you mail the form, please contact me first to confirm the items availability so your check amount will be correct.

PRIVACY:
Any information provided to me is just that...your private information. I will not sell any information sent to me to anyone else. I will contact you regarding your order but will only send you occasional notices of promotions if you indicate you would like to receive them in the guest book or on the order form.

AVAILABILITY:
Please remember these items are handmade and NOT mass-produced. I strive to keep an inventory on hand (except for the items marked limited quantity available). I will inform you when I receive your order if it will be more than 10 days before I can ship an item.

PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars.
All Florida residents must include sales tax.
I accept PayPal, money orders and personal checks

PERSONAL CHECKS: The personal check must be imprinted with your name and address. Please include a phone number written on it if not imprinted. I will ship the product after your check has cleared my bank. There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.

SHIPPING
Order totalling less than $ 50.00 ...............$ 2.00
Order between $50.01 and $100.00 .........$ 3.00
Order totalling greater than $ 100.00...........$4.00
All items are shipped USPS first class within the continental US. I will ship Priority or Express, but their applicable shipping rates will apply. I will also purchase insurance for you at the USPS rate if you desire. Currently, it is $1.30 for up to $50.00 and $2.20 for $50.01 to $100. Please mark the cost in the appropriate field on the order blank if you want insurance.
Customers outside the continental US must CONTACT me first for shipping info.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with it for any reason, please CONTACT me so I can try and resolve the difficulty. If you simply want to return the product, your money will be refunded upon my receipt of the product (in good condition) within 30 days from the day I mailed it. Customers not residing in the continental US MUST contact me BEFORE returning the product.
